What we use, why we use it, and your choices when exploring i-street.

Who is responsible for your information?

i-street is operated by Sesan Olaiya, who is responsible for deciding how your personal information is used (the data controller).

What do we use, and why?

Account details to let you sign in and manage access.
Styling choices, sizes, basket and saved looks to help you explore and return to outfits.
Optional feedback to improve the trial. Answers are linked to your account or preview; they are not anonymous submissions.
Usage and security information, including sign-in IP and browser details, to manage allowances, troubleshoot and prevent misuse.

Authorised operators can access records for support and trial review. Please do not include sensitive personal information in feedback.

Our legal grounds (lawful basis). We use your consent to process your personal photo and store the resulting styling preview. You can withdraw that consent at any time without losing access to mannequin styling.

We rely on legitimate interests to provide account access, mannequin styling, outfit drafts, baskets and saved outfits; manage allowances and security; and review optional feedback. Our interests are to provide the requested trial experience, prevent misuse and understand what needs improving. This does not authorise unrelated reuse of your photos or photo-derived results. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us.

How are your photos used?

Your own photo is optional—you can use a mannequin instead. Selecting a photo does not upload it. When you consent and press Generate, we send it with garment images to our third-party AI image-generation provider to create your styling preview.

We store the generated result in your protected account. It may still show you and your surroundings. We record your consent, and you can withdraw it in Style Studio. See your choices below and About AI styling for preview limitations.

Who helps us provide the service?

We use providers for AI image generation, hosting and data storage, and security and abuse prevention. They receive information needed for those functions. Our service providers may process your information outside the UK, including when generating styling previews. Further information about providers and international-transfer arrangements is available below.

Service providers and processing locations

AI image generation. Our provider receives photo or mannequin images, garment images and styling instructions—not your account email or password for this workflow. Image expiry is separate from request records. Provider expiry does not delete i-street’s copies. We request short-lived image delivery; our provider says image contents are redacted from retained request records. It reports keeping request records indefinitely and associated logs for up to 30 days. Its processing may take place globally, including in the US.

Security and hosting providers support request limits, application hosting and data storage, and may receive email, IP or account identifiers.

Our AI provider’s published data-processing terms provide for reliance on applicable adequacy decisions or regulations, or contractual safeguards—including the EU standard clauses and UK Addendum—where required.

Contact us using the privacy email above for more information or to request a copy of applicable safeguards. We do not promise UK-only processing or immediate erasure of provider copies.

How long do we keep information?

Planned trial retention: one shared 30-day trial, followed by removal of identifiable trial data within 30 days after it ends. Dates are confirmed in your invitation. Until the trial dates and cleanup schedule are configured, this is not an active deletion guarantee. Contact us to request deletion sooner. Provider records and backups are handled separately.

What happens to photos and results today?

The original photo stays in the open tab, not our app database or persistent browser storage. Reloading, explicit sign-out or choosing a mannequin clears it. Re-signing into the same account after temporary expiry can preserve it in that tab.
Unsaved generated images have a default 30-day retention setting. Deletion depends on maintenance running; hosted deletion timing is not yet verified. Saved looks keep their images while referenced.
“Clear generated image” only hides the Studio preview. Deleting a saved look removes it from your library, but does not immediately erase its image or related records.

What choices and rights do you have?

You can use a mannequin, skip feedback or stop participating. In Style Studio, “Withdraw photo consent / delete photo results” removes photo-derived results and related saved images and feedback from active app storage. Provider and backup deletion requires operator follow-up; it is not immediate or confirmed by that button.

What withdrawal removes—and what remains

Older saved image versions whose source was not recorded are also removed. Recorded mannequin results and baskets remain. Generation and allowance records remain for follow-up; used previews are not refunded. You receive a request reference.

A request already sent to the provider may finish, but its withdrawn result will not return to Studio. Future photo requests need fresh consent. Downloaded or already displayed copies cannot be recalled; refresh other open devices. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.

Use the privacy email above to request access, correction or deletion, or ask about restricting processing, objecting or receiving a portable copy. These rights depend on the circumstances and legal grounds. Full account deletion needs operator handling; it is not currently self-service. Do not send passwords. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Reading this notice or continuing to browse is not recorded as consent.

What about cookies and browser storage?

We use sign-in cookies and browser storage to remember drafts, preferences and your place in the journey. Local drafts do not sync across devices; server-saved looks and baskets follow your account. The reviewed app has no advertising or third-party analytics SDK, but does keep security and activity logs.

Account drafts expire after 30 days without an update, or at the configured trial cleanup date if sooner. Expiry is checked when you return or use the app; we cannot remotely erase an offline browser. A logged-out visit clears these account drafts. Older unowned storage and a remembered sign-in email may remain. On a shared device, use a private browser profile or clear site data. Browser storage is not encrypted by the app, and clearing it does not delete server records.
